This is a Thuja sock - designed by a clever young man in the U.S. The pretty, pretty cement container behind the sock was given to me by Hadley. It is supposed to be used as a holder for dog poo bags but it is far too lovely for such a use. I put pansies in for the month of May but by June, it will be calling out for rosemary.
